The latest from Thunder Rosa.

Since initially opening up about the back injury she’s been dealing with that has kept her out of action since the summer of 2022, Thunder Rosa has provided updates on her recovery. A portion of that process was documented on AEW’s All Access show.

Rosa is included in the promotional material for AEW Collision which kicks off June 17th in Chicago, Illinois. Rosa was interviewed by NBC Chicago and shared the latest concerning her recovery:

It’s going pretty well (recovery from injury). Things are going as they are supposed to go. I am super happy that I’ve been pain-free. That was the most important part. I think it took forever. I think everybody’s expecting me to give them news. But, I am working out everyday, trying to get back in the ring as soon as possible and if it’s possible.

Rosa returned to AEW television on the May 10th Dynamite and was shown walking into Tony Khan’s office. In late May, she stated that she does not know if she’ll need surgery or not.
