The STRONG Women’s Champion is called out.
STARDOM held their ‘Sunshine’ event on June 25th and there was an Artist of STARDOM Championship match that saw Giulia, Mai Sakurai and Thekla successfully defend their titles against Mayu Iwatani, Hazuki and Koguma in a Cage match.
After the bout, Giulia grabbed a microphone and called out NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale.

Nightingale is scheduled to be in action at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. She’ll be challenging Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
AEW President Tony Khan stated on the pre-Forbidden Door media call that there is mutual interest between AEW and STARDOM to work together someday. The reason they’re not a part of Forbidden Door is because they had their own show today.
