The Los Ingobernables de Japon member enjoyed the opportunity.

Before the main event of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023, there was a six-man tag that saw Sting, Darby Allin and Tetsuya Naito best Chris Jericho, Minoru Suzuki and Sammy Guevara.

The night prior to Forbidden Door, Naito was revealed as Sting and Darby’s partner for the pay-per-view.

Tokyo Sports caught up with the Los Ingobernables de Japon member and asked him for his thoughts about participating at Forbidden Door. He said it was fresh and is glad he was a part of it.

This was my first joint event, my first time in a tag team with Sting and Darby Allin. It was very fresh, and I’m glad I was able to participate. However, what I want to show to everyone in the world on this stage is Tetsuya Naito and LIJ.

Fellow L.I.J. members Shingo Takagi, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi and BUSHI were on the Forbidden Door Zero Hour pre-show.
