IMPACT Wrestling has announced the return of hockey legend Darren McCarty at this year’s Slammiversary event.

The four-time Stanley Cup winner with the Detroit Red Wings is not a stranger to IMPACT. He was powerbombed through a table by Bully Ray at the Sacrifice pay-per-view on March 24th.

McCarty then teamed up with Yuya Uemura and Tommy Dreamer to beat Bully Ray and The Good Hands on IMPACT television.

His return will be as special enforcer for Bully Ray & Steve Maclin vs. PCO & Scott D’Amore.

IMPACT Slammiversary 2023 is set for Saturday, July 15th at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario.
