John Cena made an unannounced appearance in London at WWE Money in the Bank 2023 and urged the staging of WrestleMania in the UK.

He got a huge babyface reaction as he took to the ring to cut a promo.

Cena said the “decision-makers” did not know how to feel about the UK, saying they were worried about the crowd taking over the show.

He added that the crowd did not take over the show, but told them “you are the show.”

After telling the fans how much he appreciated them, he got a “Thank you, Cena” chant.

He then told the crowd he was there to try to bring WrestleMania to London. This got an enormous reaction from the crowd.

He added that he was not there for one more match, but to give the UK audience a chance to “let them know” what WrestleMania in London would sound like.

He was then interrupted by Grayson Waller, who was greeted with “Who are ya?” and “Shut the f—k up” chants.

Waller wanted WrestleMania to be held in Australia, and said he thought he could get Cena on the show. He also pointed out Cena’s in-ring losses, before offering him a guest spot on the Grayson Waller Effect at WrestleMania Australia.

Waller then attacked Cena from behind. As he showboated, Cena hauled Waller up for the Attitude Adjustment.
