KUSHIDA earned a future X Division Championship after winning Ultimate X at Slammiversary.
The highlight-filled match culminated with KUSHIDA battling Angels for the “X” and Angels being knocked to the mat as the New Japan star secured the “X” and a future title match.
The match included the return of Jake Something as the sixth man in the match joining KUSHIDA, Alan Angels, Speedball Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, and Jonathan Gresham.
Jake Something last wrestled for IMPACT Wrestling in March 2022 and has since been working independent dates and several matches for AEW. He is the current AAW Heavyweight Champion.
