D’Angelo Family is coming after the Tag Titles.
Since May, Tony D’Angelo was in ‘prison’ as a result of Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) assuring that charges were placed against him. Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo scored a win over Joe on 7/11 which secured D’Angelo’s release.
Tony D’s NXT homecoming took place on tonight’s program and they rolled out footage of their plan to fool Gallus in order to secure D’Angelo’s release. The celebration was interrupted by Gallus and the champions were informed that the D’Angelo Family is coming after their titles at Great American Bash on July 30th.
Following Thea Hail scoring a submission victory over Elektra Lopez, she called out NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton for a rematch. Stratton came out to the ring and agreed to the bout, but Hail wants a submission match and she put Stratton in a double wrist lock until she agreed to the terms.
