Chelsea Green and Ludwig Kaiser’s intros were discussed by Irvin.

Monday Night Raw ring announcer Samantha Irvin has been highlighted by her colleagues and WWE’s digital team for her ring announcing style.

She further touched on that during her appearance on Busted Open Radio. Irvin spoke about the way she introduces WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Chelsea Green. She shared that she has not had conversations with anyone beforehand about their intros, besides Solo Sikoa. She went on to add that when Green returned to WWE, it did not feel right to say her name in a normal manner.

Well, so, I did that on my own (the way she introduces Chelsea Green). Actually, I haven’t had a conversation with anyone prior to except maybe Solo Sikoa. I talked to him a little bit about the attitude for his but with Chelsea, she just came back and her attitude, it didn’t feel right to just say Chelsea Green. It didn’t feel right. So I went for it and the people liked it and she liked it and she gave me her pointers. She said, ‘Listen, this is the hand cream you gotta use, this is the coffee that I drink, these are the details that’ll bring it to the next level’ and then, you know, now it’s ‘Chelsea Greeeeen’.

When it comes to Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser, Irvin said she introduces him in the manner she does because when she was first told to say the name, she responded in an uncertain tone because she did not recognize Kaiser by that name at the time.

I love Imperium and also, the whole thing with Ludwig Kaiser and how it all sounds, that day, when Ludwig was gonna come out for the very first time, we’re sitting around, we’re waiting, we’re talking about the order of events and whatnot and Ludwig Kaiser’s coming out and they come to me and they go, ‘Okay, Ludwig Kaiser, you’re gonna intro Ludwig Kaiser.’ I’m like, ‘Ludwig Kaiser?’ And then that was just how I always said it, because I’m like, who is Ludwig Kaiser?

Irvin will be doing intros for tonight’s Raw in Houston, Texas which is the go-home show before SummerSlam.
