After WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley further targeted the injured knee of Raquel Rodriguez, she was deemed not cleared to compete. Adam Pearce promised her a title match against Ripley once she’s good to go.
It is official that Trish Stratus versus Becky Lynch is taking place on the 8/14 Monday Night Raw in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Stratus and Lynch went one-on-one on the 7/31 show but the match was immediately interrupted by Zoey Stark. Stark is banned from ringside for their 8/14 match.
Chad Gable took on WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER and got a technical victory over him. GUNTHER stated that he could beat Gable in five minutes but did not do so. He demanded the match be restarted and got a pin fall victory over Gable.
