Asuka sounds off.
Taking to her X/Twitter account, WWE’s Asuka mentioned that a former Pro-Wrestling Weekly editor-in-chief would make the point that STARDOM is an organization that was created to defeat her and destroy her personally but they failed to do so.
She added that she does not know what happened to them after that because she went to America. Asuka never competed for STARDOM as a singles talent.
In a separate conversation, Asuka noted that she does not flatter anyone. The media in Japan ‘hated her’ and everyone enjoyed flirting with the media except her. She added that she fought against it to take care of her fans and that’s why some of the media members still dislike her. Continuing on that, Asuka noted that that’s why she’s always been a freelancer and everyone in Japan knows she’s anti-Joshi Pro.

The former editor-in-chief of Pro Wrestling Weekly has made this point on several occasions.

This past Friday on SmackDown, Asuka went one-on-one with Charlotte Flair. Their match was thrown out when WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY took them both out.
At SummerSlam, Asuka lost the WWE Women’s Title to Bianca Belair in a Triple-Threat and then IYO cashed in on Belair.
