New tag match added to the tour.
Starting September 8th, New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Destruction tour will be underway. A new match has been added to the September 30th show at Korakuen Hall.
It’ll be the duo of Lio Rush and Kazuchika Okada taking on IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi and G1 Climax 33 winner Tetsuya Naito. At the October 9th Destruction event in Ryogoku, Takahashi is defending the Junior Heavyweight belt in a three-way against Rush and ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey.

Back in March, Rush and Takahashi clashed over the Junior Heavyweight Title at the New Japan Cup final show. They met again on day three of the Best of the Super Juniors tour.
