Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman visited Dr. Beau Hightower and as he was getting his right arm stretched, Waltman mentioned that he has a torn labrum. He said he forgot about it because the pain is gone.

The 51-year-old Waltman was last in action at GCW/Joey Janela’s Spring Break 6 in 2022. Waltman and Janela teamed up one month prior and defeated Brian Myers and Matt Cardona. The post-match angle saw Janela attack Waltman.
At WWE Raw 30 this past January, Waltman was involved in a D-Generation X segment.
