Miz had a gripe with Cena following the pay-per-view.

Coming out of WWE Payback, The Miz appeared on the 9/4 Monday Night Raw and aired his grievances about his loss to L.A. Knight and John Cena being the special guest referee for their match.

This led to Miz introducing Cena to the ring but Cena did not appear. As his music played, Stu the cameraman maneuvered around the entrance stage as if he was following Cena for his traditional entrance. Miz proceeded to host an interview with ‘invisible John Cena’ and they had a physical altercation.

Pat McAfee called The Miz live on his show to talk about the segment. Miz spoke about how great Stu was. Miz added that-that’s how good he is because he was able to get ‘holy sh*t’ chants from that segment.

By the way, how great was Stu (in the invisible John Cena segment)? How great was that camerawork? He’s done it so many times that Stu can see him just like I can.

They (the crowd) said, ‘Holy sh*t’ chants. Look at me, look at me. I took off my jacket and they started saying, ‘Holy sh*t’ with an invisible person. That’s how good I am. That’s how good I am bro. I’m real good.

Miz stated that he wants a rematch against L.A. Knight. Knight has yet to respond.
