The Grammy-award winning artist wants to attend a wrestling event.
Over the last several years via social media, Grammy-award winning Hip-Hop artist Cardi B has shared how much she enjoyed watching WWE growing up.
Cardi sat down with HOT 97 and during their conversation, Peter Rosenberg asked if she’d be interested in making an appearance at WrestleMania 40 or in a wrestling setting in general. Cardi said she’d love to attend a wrestling show and it’s a dream she wants to fulfill.
She named Dave Bautista, Eddie Guerrero and Booker T as childhood favorites. Cardi went on to mention that she was legitimately scared of The Undertaker as a child.
Yeah, that motherf*cker (Bad Bunny) is jumping though off them ropes. He jumping off them ropes. I just told you that my body got f*cked up after the second one (child birth). I told you the second one f*cked me up. I mean, I would love to attend. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if I have to perform or slap a b*tch but I want to go, I have to fulfill some type of dream… I used to love wrestling, I used to be crazy for it.
It was a couple (wrestlers I enjoyed watching as a kid). Like Batista was one of my favorites because he was so handsome. I love Eddie Guerrero. I lie, I steal, I cheat b*tch, yeah! I used to love Booker T and even when I was little, when The Undertaker used to come out, my dumbass really thought that he was a ghost. I really thought that-that was real. Like he was coming from the dead, like, ‘Oh my God!’
Cardi mentioned Bad Bunny, who was on the marquee for WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico. He picked up a win over Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight.
