A date has been pushed out.
The latest on the WWE-UFC merger under TKO Group Holdings was that Endeavor expected the deal to be finalized in mid-to-late September 2023. A new press released has been issued and it is noted that Endeavor and WWE expect to close on September 12th.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. & STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EDR) (“Endeavor”) and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWE) (“WWE”) today announced they expect to close the previously announced transaction to form TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (“TKO”) on September 12, 2023, at which time TKO will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TKO”.
In early August, Board members for TKO Group Holdings were revealed and Vince McMahon, Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and WWE CEO Nick Khan are a part of the Board. There are 11 spots on it.
