de la Renta is back with MLW.

The latest special that Major League Wrestling presented was Fury Road from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Making her return to the organization at the event was Salina de la Renta. It was in 2021 that de la Renta opted to depart MLW. She guest appeared on Busted Open Radio and spoke about her return at Fury Road. She described it as ‘incredible’.

de la Renta added that it was a bit upsetting to be away, but it’s what she needed to do because she wanted to focus on school. She had a scholarship to Full Sail University.

It was incredible (return at MLW Fury Road). I was so happy to be back in my home, the crowd was excited, I was excited and I really can’t wait to share what I have planned for the rest of the season but, you’re just gonna have to wait.

It was definitely a little bit upsetting having to take some time off but it was what I had to do during the time because two years ago, I decided to go back to school and I got a scholarship to Full Sail University and I’ve always been very pro-school and I really wanted to dedicate the time. So it only helps with my return because now I come back with more knowledge and with that rage that I’ve been holding onto for two years. So I’m ready to unleash the beast.

During her first stint with MLW, de la Renta became the first-ever Latina to serve as an executive producer for a televised American pro wrestling show. She has managed the likes of The Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. & Rey Fénix) and Low Ki.
