Major match-ups were announced for next Sunday’s WrestleDream pay-per-view during AEW’s weekend programming.

Among the additions are Will Ospreay joining forces with both Konosuke Takeshita and Sammy Guevara to take on the trio of Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and Chris Jericho.

Also, Ring of Honor Pure Champion Katsuyori Shibata will face ROH World Champion and NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston. Both of Kingston’s titles will be on the line.

The announcements came as Tony Khan voiced a promo for the PPV in which he said:

We’ll pay tribute to the dreamer who made this all possible, the late, great Antonio Inoki, with an event one year in the making. You won’t want to miss AEW WrestleDream, as we’ll end a chapter in wrestling history and begin a new era in AEW.
