Headlining WrestleMania is something Bron Breakker is sure he’ll do.

Going into the NXT Championship match between Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes at Stand & Deliver 2023, Hayes stated that he believes him and Breakker will one day main event WrestleMania.

Those sentiments were reiterated by Breakker during his appearance on the Stick to Wrestling Podcast. He expressed that he’s sure he’ll main event WrestleMania in the future and it’ll be with Hayes on more than one occasion.

I’m so driven and so goal-oriented and so just focused on my craft and trying to evolve and be great and trying to learn and take in the knowledge that I’m being taught and implement it in the way that I would. My attention to detail and the learning process is unmatched in this sport I think. Just about how much I pay attention and write things down and just how eager I am to learn and I think that just goes back to my coaching and stuff when I was in college because that was burned into my brain on a daily basis so just attention to detail, small things matter and little things, you know? So yeah, 100 percent, one day I will main event WrestleMania. I’m sure that it’ll be with him (Carmelo Hayes), more than one occasion.

The topic of Breakker’s heel turn was brought up and he feels he has a lot more depth in his current position on television. He says it’s better and he can just be himself.

I feel like I just have a lot more depth in this part of my career. It’s just way better to be honest with you. Creatively, I can just, kind of, be me, let loose and really bring some great ideas along with our team here and just, man, it’s a game changer for sure… I’m having fun, you know what I mean?

Both Breakker and Hayes are scheduled to be in action at NXT No Mercy on September 30th. Here’s the advertised lineup for the Premium Live Event:

  • NXT Heritage Cup: Noam Dar (c) (w/ Oro Mensah, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson) vs. TBD (Global Heritage Invitational Winner)
  • NXT Championship: Carmelo Hayes (c) vs. Ilja Dragunov
  • Bron Breakker vs. Baron Corbin
  • NXT Women’s Championship — Extreme Rules Match: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Tiffany Stratton
