The 9/30 and 10/1 DDT events will take place without Takagi.

CyberFight President Sanshiro Takagi, Minoru Suzuki and DDT Pro-Wrestling have received a great deal of publicity from media outlets across the world for their bullet train match.

Takagi is regularly in action for DDT but he is not going to be at the promotion’s September 30th and October 1st events. DDT noted that Takagi is dealing with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, which is a contagious viral infection of the eye.

There is no timeline on when Takagi will be back in action for the promotion. When that information becomes available, we’ll update you here at POST Wrestling.

Come November 12th, DDT is presenting their Ultimate Party show at Ryōgoku Sumo Hall and the card will feature a singles match between Chris Jericho and Konosuke Takeshita, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi in action along with Saki Akai’s retirement match.
