Tammy Sytch will be sentenced next month stemming from her DUI manslaughter case in Florida.
In March 2022, Sytch struck a vehicle from behind, killing 75-year-old Julian Lasseter in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Sytch is facing up to 26 years in prison and will be sentenced on November 27 and facing charges of DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended license causing death, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.
One hour after the crash, Sytch’s blood-alcohol level registered at 0.32 and 0.36. An open bottle of Grey Goose vodka was discovered in Sytch’s passenger seat of the vehicle.
Sytch pled no contest in August 2023 as she awaits sentencing and has been in custody since May 2022.
