Okada taught crime prevention classes at a high school during his one day as chief.

On November 11th, New Japan Pro-Wrestling is presenting their ‘Rainy Days’ event from Anjo, Japan, which is the hometown of seven-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada.

To promote that show, Okada returned to his hometown and served as Chief of Anjo Police Station for one day. In a police car, Okada rode around the city and promoted crime prevention. Okada then made his way to Anjo Meisho Junior High School and held a crime prevention class for students.

The students were not aware Okada was coming and were surprised by his appearance. One of the teachers at Anjo Meisho Junior High taught Okada when he was in 1st grade at a different school.

When the day came to an end, Okada was presented with a letter of appreciation from the Anjo Police Station.

Okada is scheduled to defend the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships alongside Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii at Power Struggle on November 4th.
