Jonathan Gresham to challenge for AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Championship

The World Junior Heavyweight Title is going to be on the line. 

Jonathan Gresham will be making his debut for All Japan Pro Wrestling as a part of their ‘Giant Series ~Hokkaido Edition~’ tour, which runs from October 31st until November 5th. 

On the final day of the tour, Gresham is going to be getting a shot at El Lindaman’s AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Championship. AJPW pushed out the remainder of Gresham’s schedule and those bouts are listed below: 

  • October 31st: Shuji Ishikawa, Atsuki Aoyagi & Rising HAYATO vs. Minoru Suzuki, Hokuto Omori & Jonathan Gresham
  • November 1st — Three-Way Match: Hikaru Sato vs. Fuminori Abe vs. Jonathan Gresham
  • November 2nd: Atsuki Aoyagi & Rising HAYATO vs. Black Menso-re & Jonathan Gresham
  • November 3rd: Atsuki Aoyagi & Rising HAYATO vs. Fuminori Abe & Jonathan Gresham
  • November 4th: Kento Miyahara, Rising HAYATO & Jonathan Gresham vs. T-Hawk, El Lindaman & Fuminori Abe
  • November 5th (Daytime card) — AJPW World Junior Heavyweight Championship: El Lindaman (c) vs. Jonathan Gresham
  • November 5th (Nighttime card): Atsuki Aoyagi, El Lindaman & Fuminori Abe vs. Dan Tamura, Rising HAYATO & Jonathan Gresham

El Lindaman has been reigning as champion since July 2nd of this year.
