A new venue is hosting New Year Dash.
January 4th, 2024 is the date that New Japan Pro-Wrestling are presenting Wrestle Kingdom 18 from the Tokyo Dome. It is official that one of the headlining matches of the night will be Tetsuya Naito challenging SANADA for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
NJPW formally announced that the day after Wrestle Kingdom 18, New Year Dash is taking place. Dating back to 2014, New Year Dash has been held at Korakuen Hall, Ota City General Gymnasium or Tokyo Dome City Hall. The 1/5/24 installment will emanate from Sumida City Gymnasium in Tokyo.
Tickets for the general public go on-sale November 26th.
New Japan is wrapping up their Super Jr. Tag League tournament and the finals will conclude at Power Struggle on November 4th.
