The main event is locked in.
It was being promoted that Marina Shafir and UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey are teaming up at The Wrestling REVOLVER’s ‘Unreal’ event on November 16th in Los Angeles, California.
Their opponents have been unveiled and they’ll be taking on the duo of Billie Starkz and ROH Women’s World Champion Athena. Their tag match is main eventing the show.
Wrestling REVOLVER promoter Sami Callihan stated that Rousey being booked for the show was not a plan he crafted, adding that he fell into it. Rousey wanted to perform and donate the proceeds to the Lahaina Wildfire Relief in Hawaii.
It’ll be Rousey’s second independent match. Also announced for the 11/16 show is a singles match between Bryan Keith and ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey.
