She captures a championship in her first outing post-WWE.

In late September, there were a handful of talents released from WWE across the company’s main roster and NXT brand. One of the names who became a free agent was Yulisa Leon. She would later clarify that she requested her release.

Leon, now going by ‘Julissa’, returned to in-ring action on November 3rd for The Crash Lucha Libre in Mexico. In her first match since August, she captured The Crash Women’s Championship

She was involved in a five-way with Keyra, Trish Adora, Zamaya and the now-former champion Dulce Tormenta.

Julissa shared highlights from her in-ring return on her Instagram story. For the majority of her run with WWE, she was paired in a tag team with Valentina Feroz.
