After David Finlay destroyed the IWGP U.S. and U.K. Heavyweight Championships, it was made official that at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, Finlay, Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley are going to compete in a three-way for a brand new title belt that the company is set to unveil.
NEVER Openweight Champion Shingo Takagi commented on NJPW’s post about that and shared an image of his belt. He noted that a new NEVER Openweight Title design does not need to be created, but asked if his belt can be repaired after his title defense against Trent Beretta at Lonestar Shootout.
