World of Stardom & Goddesses of Stardom tag titles vacated

Stardom has announced due to injuries, the World of Stardom and Goddesses of Stardom tag titles are now vacant.

The announcement was made Monday during the Nagoya Big Winter press conference to promote the December 2 card.

Tam Nakano has vacated the World of Stardom title, which she won from Giulia this past April at All-Star Dream Queendom.

5 Star Grand Prix winner Suzu Suzuki will wrestle for the vacant title on December 29 at Dream Queendom against the winner of a four-woman tournament on November 28. The tournament will feature Ami Sohrei vs. Maika and Mina Shirakawa vs. Momo Watanabe and the two winners meet on the same card.

Suzuki will also put her title shot on the line against Hazuki on November 28.

The Goddesses of Stardom tag titles have been vacated by Natsupoi & Saori Anou due to Natsupoi’s injury. The titles will be determined a match between Maika & Megan Bayne against a team to be announced on December 2 at Nagoya Big Winter.

The promotion also shared the news that Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani will return to the ring on November 28. Hayashishita has been out of action for over two months while Kamitani has been out since July.

Nagoya Big Winter will include Giulia vs. AZM for the NJPW STRONG Women’s title, Mei Seira vs. Thekla for the High-Speed Championship, and a UWF Rules Match between Nanae Takahashi and Scandinavian Hurricane.
