The NJPW World Tag League was back underway on Tuesday with two NOAH talents featuring in the main event.
Kaito Kiyomiya and Ryohei Oiwa took on Ren Narita and Shota Umino at Nagoya Congress Center Event Hall in Nagoya, Aichi. Both teams were coming off wins and sitting on four points before the bell.
Narita and Umino would emerge as the winners of the A Block match after Umino hit the Death Rider on Oiwa.
The A Block lead is now shared on 6 points between Narita & Umino and TMDK’s Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste, who lost their first match of the tournament to Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano.
Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona of Gates of Agony won their first match of the competition, defeating Alex Coughlin and Gabe Kidd.
