Field set for the men’s Breakout tournament.
Back in October, Cody Rhodes appeared on WWE NXT and shared that there will be a men’s Breakout tournament in addition to the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
As the 12/5 NXT on USA Network was airing, the participants for the men’s Breakout tourney were announced. There are going to be eight talents competing in it and those names are listed as follows:
- Riley Osborne
- Keanu Carver
- Tavion Heights
- Dion Lennox
- Luca Crusifino
- Myles Borne
- Trey Bearhill
- Oba Femi
The winner of the tournament will have earned themselves a contract for a championship match of their choosing. The last time a men’s installment of the tourney was held was in 2021. Carmelo Hayes emerged victorious and went on to defeat Swerve Strickland to become North American Champion.
Lola Vice won the 2023 women’s Breakout tournament by besting Kelani Jordan in the finals on night two of Halloween Havoc.
