Ticket sales for AEW’s Revolution next March got off to a huge start for the show promoted around Sting’s retirement.
WrestleTix reported that Thursday’s pre-sale generated over 7,100 tickets being distributed before Friday’s public on-sale, generating another strong movement of tickets.
As of the outlet’s latest report on Friday afternoon, over 10,700 tickets have been distributed for Revolution and should make this among the most attended events for AEW in 2024.
WrestleTix adds that the current ticket distribution is nearly double the previous figures that AEW had drawn to the Greensboro Coliseum when they ran the historic building over the past two years.
The show will feature Sting’s final match with Ric Flair set to corner him as they return to the arena where they had their famous match at the first Clash of the Champions in March 1988 that elevated Sting.
AEW Revolution will take place on Sunday, March 3 from the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina.
