New Women’s Tag Team Champions.
During the second hour of the 12/18 Monday Night Raw, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven put their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the line against Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.
Towards the conclusion of the bout, Kayden held Green up while Katana climbed to the top rope and hit her 450 splash onto Green. Kayden made the cover and new Tag Team Champions were crowned.
Dating back to July, Green has been one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions. Green was paired with Sonya Deville, but when she suffered an ACL injury, Niven filled in.
The duo of Katana and Kayden have added the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles to their résumé that includes the NXT Tag Team Championships.
