CJ Perry is recovering after surgery this past Monday after developing a serious infection.
Perry was forced to miss last Friday’s CMLL event at Arena Mexico after her finger became infected and swelled significantly while spreading to her arm.
The AEW performer spent the weekend in a California hospital before undergoing surgery on Monday evening.
On Wednesday, Perry shared an update on Instagram and revealed that the source of the infection came from getting a small splinter backstage at Dynamite last Wednesday in Arlington, Texas.
