CJ Perry discharged from hospital after surgery to treat infection

CJ Perry is heading home after a six-day stay in hospital with a serious infection.

Perry was admitted to the Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, CA, on Saturday after an infection in her finger had begun to spread into her arm.

The AEW and former WWE star underwent surgery to treat the issue on Monday.

Last night, the 38-year-old posted an update on Instagram (includes graphic post-operative images) in which she stated, “Going home.”

On Wednesday, she stated that the source of the infection was a small splinter at Dynamite in Arlington, Texas on December 13th. She added that the infection could have been fatal if untreated.
