DDT Pro-Wrestling pushed out the news that come February 25th, Takechi Kaisei of the J-Pop group, THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, will be making his pro wrestling in-ring debut. The group has won six awards dating back to 2017 such as Best New Artist Video and Best Choreography.
Korakuen Hall is hosting the 2/25 event.
In their announcement write-up, they detailed how Kaisei’s upcoming in-ring debut came to be. He appeared on a 24 hour live show and did a ‘match’ with DDT’s Tetsuya Endo and Makoto Oishi. That connection led to the realization Kaisei venturing into the ring.
Tickets for his in-ring debut go on-sale December 25th.
