Tony Khan discusses AEW’s safety policy; if anything came to light to him, he’d take it to disciplinary committee

Tony Khan asked about safety of wrestlers behind the scenes.

Joining AEW President Tony Khan at the Worlds End media scrum was TBS Champion Julia Hart. As the scrum session was ongoing, Khan was asked about conversations that have been taking place about the safety of women’s wrestlers and what can be done to further protect the talents.

Khan stated that it’s something the company is very serious about. He brought up the policy AEW has in place and any time something of the sort comes to the forefront, they would do anything they can to prevent it.

He added that AEW has the best safety record and environment. He would put their record up against any company in the world and feels AEW is the safest place for pro wrestling. He said if any wrestler has a concern, they can talk to him.

Khan added that if anything came to light to him, he’d take it to the disciplinary committee as he’s been doing.
