Catch 2/2 wins the gold again.
For the second consecutive year, Catch 2/2 (TJP & Francesco Akira) left NJPW Wrestle Kingdom as IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
At Wrestle Kingdom 18, they became champions for a third time when they bested BULLET CLUB War Dogs’ Drilla Moloney and Clark Connors.
TJP arrived with a new presentation that saw him wearing a mask. He emerged from a casket during Catch 2/2’s entrance. He had not been present at any NJPW events since he was placed in a coffin by Connors and Moloney at the 12/22 Road to Tokyo Dome show.
