Danielson-Okada part two.
The semi-main event of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 was the rematch between Bryan Danielson and Kazuchika Okada. Their first meeting was at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door II in June. It was in that match that Danielson suffered a broken arm and he came out of it with a win.
Their second go-around featured a different outcome as Okada defeated Danielson with the ‘Rainmaker’.
Following the match, they showed respect by bowing to each other. Before exiting the ring, Danielson raised Okada’s hand.
Danielson and Okada are now 1-1 in singles matches.
