New Japan Pro Wrestling is going to Chicago in April with a major event.
It was announced on Friday that NJPW STRONG will host its largest event under that branding with the Windy City Riot at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago.

The event is set for Friday, April 12 with New Japan promoting it as the biggest NJPW STRONG show ever.
No matches or performers have been announced yet.
The pre-sale begins next Thursday with tickets for the general on sale the following day.
The last time NJPW STRONG held a show in Illinois was in April 2022 in Villa Park at the much smaller Odeum Expo Center featuring Jon Moxley vs. Will Ospreay and drew 2,277 paid and 2,500 inside of the building, per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
