A new company hire.
There is a new Chief Operating Officer in All Elite Wrestling. As first reported by Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp and corroborated by F4WOnline’s Dave Meltzer, Kosha Irby has been hired for the role.
From 2011-2018, Irby served as Regional Director of Live Events for WWE. Dating back to February 2023, Irby had been working as the Chief Marketing Officer for Clemson University’s Athletic Department. He held executive roles within the Memphis Express AAF football organization and Professional Bull Riders LLC.
There have been three behind the scenes departures from AEW over the last several months. Q.T. Marshall, Rafael Morffi (Vice President of Live Events and Touring) and Dana Massie (Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer) have left the company.
