Jack Perry is in New Japan.

Kicking off NJPW Battle in the Valley was a trios match that saw Shota Umino, Jacob Fatu and Fred Rosser take on Tom Lawlor and the West Coast Wrecking Crew (Jorel Nelson & Royce Isaacs). Umino scored the win for his team by pinning Isaacs.

Umino made his way around the ringside area to take pictures and give high-fives to those in attendance. As he was doing so, an individual wearing a mask ambushed him and hopped the guardrail to continue beating on him.

The masked individual revealed himself to be Jack Perry. Perry then got in the ring and pulled out an AEW contract and then ripped it up. He then put on an armband that had ‘scapegoat’ written on it.

Perry was last in action at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium in London, England. After his FTW Title match against HOOK, he got into a physical altercation with CM Punk, which led to Punk being fired and Perry being indefinitely suspended from All Elite Wrestling.
