Ash took inspiration from Trinity’s post-WWE run.

The newest addition to TNA’s Knockouts division, Ash by Elegance f.k.a. Dana Brooke, spoke about former TNA Knockouts World Champion Trinity Fatu in an interview with D.S. Shin of Ring The Belle

She took inspiration from what Trinity was able to accomplish post-WWE. Ash stated that she remembers being in the locker room when Trinity left the company and talents were wondering what was next for her.

So you know what? I feel like, Trinity, I’m following in her footsteps a little bit because I was in the locker room with her for many, many years and I was actually in the locker room when she had left WWE and everyone’s like, ‘I wonder what’s next for her? I wonder what’s next for her?’ And then seeing her transition to TNA, it was like a blessing for her. It was the best possible thing that she could do to elevate herself and show the world what she could do and me watching her, I was like, ‘Oh my God, she’s killing it. She’s showing everyone what her true potential is’ and that’s amazing. I feel the same way for myself.

At the TNA Snake Eyes television taping, Fatu got a rematch for the Knockouts World Championship as she challenged Jordynne Grace.

Trinity is scheduled to be in action at TNA’s TV taping in Florida this coming weekend.
