Lee versus Femi for the title.
NXT men’s Breakout tournament winner Oba Femi used his contract to get a shot at Dragon Lee’s North American Championship. He took his shot after a successful title defense by Lee.
Femi went on to defeat him and capture the championship. Lee would approach Femi to ask for a rematch and Femi said he’d think about it.
On the 1/23 NXT, the champion agreed to defend against Dragon Lee at Vengeance Day on February 4th. As of this writing, here’s the updated lineup for the Premium Live Event:
- NXT Championship: Ilja Dragunov (c) vs. Trick Williams
- NXT Women’s Championship: Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Roxanne Perez
