Regal is back on television.
For the first time since returning to WWE in his executive role, William Regal appeared on television.
Ava has taken on the role of scheduling matches and passing on messages from Shawn Michaels. As she was leaving Michaels’ office, behind her was William Regal and she thanked him for having her back.
Regal went on to acknowledge Ava as the new General Manager of the brand.
The last time Regal was featured on television was prior to him being written off AEW TV when he was attacked by then-AEW World Champion MJF.
Regal made the announcement that his son, Charlie Dempsey, would be heading to All Japan Pro Wrestling to challenge for the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
