Jey is still aiming to face his brother at WrestleMania.

Since moving to Monday Night Raw, Jey Uso has been eyeing singles championship gold. His most recent title opportunity was on an early December episode of Raw during which he challenged Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Title

Dating back to 2020, Jey had been immersed in The Bloodline storyline that is still ongoing on SmackDown. While speaking to TNT Sports, he discussed the success of Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Jey stated that he’s proud of his cousin and added that the time Reigns is able to have off, he earned.

I look at my cousin now, Roman (Reigns), and I’m just happy on how far he’s come. From the day he’s walked into FCW developmental, to which I was there, to present. Inspiring. He’s the blueprint of what hard work does and you can just never knock that and he has great work ethic. All the time that he has off, he deserves all that uce. He earned it.

With WrestleMania 40 being several months away, Jey’s goal is still to face his brother and potentially headline night one of the two-night event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Yes (match against Jimmy Uso at WrestleMania 40 could happen). So what would make me and my brother’s angle or whatever different would obviously be the emotion part, right? The promo part. To me, me and my brother, just us. Imagine the fire, imagine the emotion within me and him. If you saw it with Roman (Reigns) and you saw it with Sami (Zayn), this would just be amplified 10 times more, like electric. So I’m excited uce and I’m ready just to deliver to the people and I do wanna main event, you know, and I mean main event WrestleMania with my twin brother in front of 100,000 people. Maybe I go night one and then Roman’s night two. Bloodline is still running it is what I’m saying.

Next up on the docket for WWE is the 2024 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. The P.L.E. is going to feature Reigns putting his title on the line in a Fatal 4-Way involving Randy Orton, L.A. Knight and A.J. Styles.
