Seth Rollins is targeting one month to be back to full strength from his knee injury.

The World Heavyweight Champion appeared on DC & RC and was interviewed by Daniel Cormier.

Rollins said he was hopeful of being back to full strength in about a month while noting the ACL was intact and that he “dodged a bullet” in that regard.

He stated he would be rehabbing the knee and “check out some PRP” (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy with the hopes of being back to full strength in “around a month”. He said he doesn’t want WrestleMania 40 to be his first match back.

Rollins suffered a Grade 2 MCL tear and a partially torn meniscus during his match against Jinder Mahal on the January 15 episode of Raw.
