TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of WWE and UFC, has announced it will hold its fourth-quarter earnings call on Tuesday, February 27th.
In a press release issued on Friday, the company stated that it would provide its fourth-quarter and full financial year results on a live teleconference. It is set for 5pm ET, after the domestic financial markets have closed.
This will be the second TKO earnings call since the company was formed. CEO Ari Emanuel and COO Mark Shapiro took the reins on the third-quarter call, which took place on November 7th, 2023.
It will be the first TKO earnings call since the news broke of sex trafficking allegations against its Executive Chairman, Vince McMahon.
