Before WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque took the stage for the post-Royal Rumble press conference, 2024 Royal Rumble winners Cody Rhodes and Bayley spoke to the press.

Cody Rhodes
- He has seen all the memes and GIFS about his journey to get back to the position he’s currently in, but stated that he’s the guy and has always been the guy.
- Rhodes was asked for his thoughts about the Vince McMahon allegations/lawsuit. He said talents were finding out about it in real-time as the public was. Rhodes said TKO Group Holdings and Nick Khan took it seriously and acted quick. He feels the current crew at WWE is team-based and perhaps that’s the formula to make sure things as such do not happen going forward.
- Speaking about CM Punk, Rhodes discussed their history and mentioned that he thought they would cross paths on-screen in AEW.
Bayley
- She described Naomi (Trinity Fatu) and Natalya as legends. Bayley was glad to be in the ring with them to start off the women’s Royal Rumble. She then spoke highly of Jordynne Grace and Jade Cargill.
