Thursday’s edition of IMPACT Wrestling included the first match of the best-of-three series involving ABC and the Grizzled Young Veterans.

RESULTS:
*Nic Nemeth over Trey Miguel
*Rosemary & Havok over Mila Moore & Savannah Thorne
*Brian Myers over Kevin Knight
*PCO over Deaner
*Grizzled Young Vets over ABC

The taping from Orlando saw the GYV of James Drake & Zack Gibson go up 1-0 in the series with TNA Tag Champions Chris Bey & Ace Austin.

After landing a Fosbury Flop to Gibson, Austin was choked with Drake’s towel as a precursor for Grit Your Teeth and pinned by GYV to launch the best-of-three series.

Nic Nemeth had his second televised match with TNA by defeating Trey Miguel in the opening match of the program.

Nemeth overcame interference from Zachary Wentz, who was ejected, and caught Miguel with a superkick to win the match.

After, Steve Maclin jumped Nemeth with The Rascalz joining in on the attack.

The No Surrender special on February 23 received its first two championship matches. In a rematch for the TNA Heavyweight Championship, Moose will defend the title against Alex Shelley while Jordynne Grace will defend the Knockouts Championship against Gisele Shaw in New Orleans.

Another campaign-style video from Mustafa Ali aired during a segment involving Chris Sabin and continuing Ali’s arrival and coming for the X Division Championship.

The show concluded with highlights of Jordynne Grace being part of the Women’s Royal Rumble match at Tropicana Field last Saturday night and representing TNA.

It was announced that Trinity’s farewell match in TNA will air next week as she teams with Grace against Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans.
