CONTRA is back in MLW.
At MLW SuperFight, Jacob Fatu went one-on-one with Yuji Nagata and it was Fatu emerging victorious. As he was speaking to the audience, he was interrupted by CONTRA who were backed by the returning Mads Krügger.
Members of CONTRA held Fatu down while Krügger talked down to him and hit him across the neck with a club.
Mads Krügger and MLW came to terms on a contractual release that officially went into effect in January 2023.
Fatu stated that his match with Nagata was his last for MLW as he is a free agent.
