The Undertaker isn’t back in the ring, but he is back in character.
The 58-year-old WWE talent made an appearance Thursday at a football match in Saudi Arabia between Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr. The event is the conclusion of the “Riyadh Season Cup,” a friendlies tournament held as part of Saudi Arabia’s multi-month tourism push.

The Undertaker had a lengthy entrance onto the pitch, donning his classic all-black outfit. He walked past dozens of extras who held torches, similar to Undertaker entrances of the past. Once in the middle of the football field, he revealed the trophy for the match.
This is the latest WWE tie-in with Saudi Arabia. The promotion has a multi-year history of collaborating with Saudi Arabia, often taking part in high-budget presentations that many have argued attempt to “sportswash” the reputation of the country.
A large number of the final in-ring appearances for The Undertaker took place in Saudi Arabia. He has appeared four times in the country since 2018, including an infamous tag match where he teamed with Kane against Shawn Michaels and Triple H.
